IMPORTANT
- We HIGHLY recommend booking your flights to and from Learmonth Airport as soon as they open up due to flights expecting to book out well in advance.
- This is an experience tailored to any level of diver, whether you are an inexperienced snorkeller or an advanced freediver, this expedition is for everyone. We do not discriminate!
- The cost of the trip includes 7 nights accommodation, 3x private bus transfers, an underwater photography package of your experience and 4x full day private boat tours.
- Gear - Snorkelling gear will be provided by all tour companies, however, if you feel comfortable using your own gear it is recommended that you bring it all with you!
- In the (extremely rare) event that the tours need to be cancelled due to unforeseen wether events, you will have the option to either reschedule to a later expedition date or receive a refund of the expedition cost. It is recommended that you purchase travel insurance to cover your flights.
-
- As mentioned above, it is extremely rare for severe weather events to occur in the North West without extensive notice. The Ningaloo land terrain is a desert. This is why the water is so crystal clear (clearer than the Great Barrier Reef mostly), because there are not enough weather events and not enough rain to cause runoff from the land into the ocean to cause dirty water.
- You will hear some of the locals joke that they have 2 or 3 days of cloud / rain per year and the rest is clear and sunny skies.
- It is also important to remember that we are dealing with Mother Nature and unpredictable animal behaviour. Therefore opportunities will vary from day to day. Nothing in nature is guaranteed, however every effort will be made to ensure you have an amazing day out!
- You must be a confident swimmer (able to tread water in the open ocean for a prolonged period of time) in order to participate in the ocean-based activities.
Payment Plans
- There is a $500 non-refundable deposit required to be paid to secure your spot. It is only once this payment is submitted that your spot is secure.
- You have the option of either paying the remaining $2200 upfront
- OR you can pay instalments of $500 with the final balance paid on the 14th February 2024.
For example:
- 17th May 2023 - $500 deposit paid
- 7th July 2023 - $500 due
- 7th September 2023 - $500 due
- 7th November 2023 - $500 due
- 7th January 2024 - $500 due
- 7th February 2024 - final balance due ($200).
-
The final balance will be due on the 14th February 2024 (6 months prior to the trip)
- The entire balance will be non-refundable within 6 months of the expedition date.
- After the 14th of February 2024, you will no longer be entitled to a full refund unless you are able to find another person to take your booking and pay in full.
- If full payment is not made by the 14th February 2024, your booking and deposit will be forfeited, and the booking will become available to book by another person.
This will be an experience of a lifetime.
We cannot wait to see you there! 🙌🏽🪸✨
