To ensure your wetsuit lasts, please follow care instructions carefully. Damage resulting from improper after-dive care, misuse (e.g. fingernail or jewellery damage), or the use of incorrect lubricants is not covered under warranty.
Your order may be subject to import taxes, duties, or other charges upon arrival in your country, which are your responsibility. Fader is not liable for these charges and they cannot be refunded. For more information, please contact your local customs office before placing your order.
We want you to love your Fader wetsuit! If it doesn’t fit or you change your mind, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your wetsuit at info@faderwetsuits.com. After approval, you’ll have another 14 days to return it. Make sure the wetsuit is unused, in original packaging, with tags still attached.
Exchanges: If the size/design is unavailable, we’ll offer a refund or store credit.
Return Shipping: For international returns, shipping is at your cost unless the product is faulty.

While we take great care with all shipments, Fader cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages or for items shipped to incorrect or outdated addresses. Please double-check your shipping details before finalising your order.
We stand behind the quality of our products! Fader wetsuits are guaranteed against material defects and faulty workmanship for 12 months from the purchase date (proof of purchase required). If there’s an issue, we’ll repair it free of charge and cover the shipping costs if the product is deemed defective.
