Who Should Join?

This expedition is suitable for both experienced freedivers and beginner freedivers, with no certification needed, however you must be a confident swimmer (able to tread water in the open ocean for a prolonged period of time) in order to participate in the ocean-based activities.

If you are a certified scuba diver, there are also opportunities for you to swap some of your freediving sessions to scuba diving sessions (with a scuba guide, on the same boat and same locations) if you choose to do so. However, for the tiger shark sessions, we recommend sticking to freediving as you are able to come into closer contact with the tiger sharks as well as spend a longer amount of time in the water with them!
