• This is an experience tailored to experienced snorkelers. 
• You MUST be able to swim 200m on your own, confidently. 
• The cost of the trip includes 5 nights accommodation,  private bus transfers to Coral Bay, an underwater photography packages from each of 3 x full day private boat tours with lunch and snacks provided. We book out the whole boat so we can get the best out of every trip without the limitations of having others on board
• Gear - Snorkeling gear will be provided by all tour companies, however, if you better using your own gear it is recommended that you bring it all with you! The safe operating procedures on the boats dose not allow for the use of weigh belts
• Due to some actions of irresponsible people some boats do not allow the use of cameras but we will have our own and their photographers on board. Experienced Photographers may be granted an exception.   
• In the (extremely rare) event that the tours need to be cancelled due to weather events, if so you will receive a refund of the cost. FaderCrew will be responsible for 3rd party actions such as flights changes or other unforeseen events. 
• It is strongly recommended that you purchase travel insurance to cover your flights or other circumstances that affect your trip
• As mentioned above, it is extremely rare for severe weather events to occur in the North West without extensive notice. The Ningaloo land terrain is a desert. This is why the water is so crystal clear (clearer than the Great Barrier Reef mostly), because there are not enough weather events and not enough rain to cause runoff from the land into the ocean to cause dirty water.
• You will hear some of the locals joke that they have 2 or 3 days of cloud / rain per year and the rest is clear and sunny skies.
• Of our 3 trips in 2024 we lost 1 day due to high wind, this was unavoidable and at no time will safety be compromised 
• It is also important to remember that we are dealing with Mother Nature and unpredictable animal behaviour. Therefore opportunities will vary from day to day. Nothing in nature is guaranteed, however every effort will be made to ensure you have an amazing day out!
• You must be a confident swimmer (able to tread water in the open ocean for a prolonged period of time) in order to participate in the ocean-based activities.

• There is a $350 non-refundable deposit required to be paid to secure your spot. It is only once this payment is submitted your spot is secure.
• Until it is paid that spot will still be available. 
• You have the option of either paying the amount  upfront
• OR you can pay instalments of deposit $350 50% by the 30th  November and remainder
• The final balance will be due by the 30 March 2025 (3 months prior to the trip) NO EXCEPTIONS
• The entire balance will be non-refundable within 3 months of the expedition date.  NO EXCEPTIONS
• After the 30th March 2024, you will no longer be entitled to any refund  NO EXCEPTIONS
• The trips are run on a very tight budget and $500-$1000 less that if you were to book individually so the NO EXCEPTIONS policy must be in place. 
• If you do have to pull out then it is up to you to find another person to take your booking and pay you out.
• We will try to find replacements as well but depending on when this may or may not be possible the later you pull out the harder it is to fill that spot
• If full payment is not made by the 30th March  2024, your booking and deposit will be forfeited, and the booking will become available to book by another person.  NO EXCEPTIONS
• If we have to cancel or modify trips you will be given the option to stay on or get a full refund
