Exchanges & Returns

We want you to love your Fader wetsuit! If it doesn’t fit or you would like to try a different style, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your wetsuit at info@faderwetsuits.com. After approval, you’ll have another 14 days to return it for an exchange or store credit. Make sure the wetsuit is unused, in original packaging, with tags still attached. Please note we do not refund for change of mind, we only offer store credit. 

Exchanges: If the size/design is unavailable, we’ll offer a store credit.  Shipping the return is at the cost of the customer. We will kindly resend your exchange with free shipping within Australia.

Please note the following Return Policy Guidelines:

  • We happily welcome returns of items in their original condition: new, unused, unwashed, and free of deodorant stains, with tags and hygienic liners intact. Returns not meeting these criteria will be sent back to the sender. 
  • Please ensure your return items are carefully folded and securely packaged as received
  • Please obtain a tracking number for proof of delivery. 
  • Kindly note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Include the order confirmation and tags.
