Expeditions / Events Refunds and Cancellation Policy

  • For all expeditions and retreats, there is a $500 non-refundable commitment deposit required to be paid to secure your spot. It is only once this payment is submitted that your spot is secure.
  • You have the option of either paying the remaining amount upfront
  • OR you can pay instalments of $500 with the final balance paid 6 months prior to the expedition or retreat

For example:

  1. 17th January  - $500 deposit paid
  2. 7th March - $500 due
  3. 7th May - $500 due
  4. 7th July - $500 due
  5. 7th September - $500 due
  6. 7th November - final balance due ($_____).
  • The final balance will be due 6 months prior to the event
  • Up until 6 months prior to the event, you are entitled to a refund of what you have paid minus the $500 commitment deposit
  • The entire balance will be non-refundable within 6 months of the event start date
  • 6 months prior to the event, you will no longer be entitled to a full refund unless you are able to find another person to take your booking and pay in full.
  • If full payment is not made by 6 months prior, your booking and deposit will be forfeited, and the booking will become available to book by another person.
